Inspection Trips

The inspection trip we offer is the perfect balance of convenience and professionalism. As much as we would want to avoid saying it, it is true that this sort of expedition is not a holiday, however we assure you that the trip is as fun as it is formal.  

You will need to cover the initial expenses of the trip (flights and accommodation) however you will be reimbursed as soon as the makings of a sale are determined. As soon as you arrive, we will wait for you in the airport to take you straight to your predetermined accommodation.

The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy the local sights and sounds as our property travel appointment with you will occur the next day.  



Costs include:

  • Return flights from a UK airport
  • Two nights hotel accommodation in a 4* hotel
  • Full breakfast buffet
  • Pick up and return from local airport


You will be met at the airport by an Espana Properties representative on our behalf who will accompany you to your hotel. Your representative will then discuss your inspection visit schedule with you. The schedule will include a four hour visit to the resorts of choice which will allow you to view the properties and discuss all areas of investment ownership. You will also be allowed plenty of free time to explore the region or simply relax and enjoy the warm local hospitality.
